We’ve heard so many horror stories about teeth whiteners and how whitening your teeth at home is a terrible thing to do! However, after looking into Warpaint and hearing that it is made from 100% natural ingredients, we thought ‘Why not? What’s the worst that can happen?’
The teeth whitener is made up of coconut shell charcoal (non-abrasive), bentonite clay, organic sweet orange peel, organic peppermint and organic lemon myrtle. These all have their advantages;
Bentonite clay; strengthen your gums, remove toxins from your mouth.
Organic sweet orange peel; helps remove those stubborn coffee stains.
Organic peppermint; to reduce infections and inflammation Organic lemon myrtle;to arm you against bacteria and boost your immune system
So, it sounds amazing right? We were seriously optimistic about giving this a try, as these ingredients make it sound attractive. When we opened the pot, we were suddenly hesitant once again. The powder is pitch black, very grimy and we won’t lie, it is so messy! The thought of having to brush your teeth with it wasn’t initially appealing.
We finally plucked up the courage to give it a try and it was an eventful experience. Brushing our teeth with Warpaint left us with a stained tongue and a black sink. You’re almost scared to open your mouth; looking like a pirate wasn’t on my to do list! But be rest assured, our tongues went back to normal after giving our mouths a thorough rinse, and our sinks where just as clean as they were before!
After just one use we could see and feel the results. Our teeth felt so clean, you could rub your finger along your teeth and hear how squeaky clean they were, it was great! We saw a difference in colour after our first use but the more you use the product, the whiter your teeth get! We’ve been using Warpaint for a while now and it’s the best feeling when someone comments on how white your teeth are. As much as we’d love to shout about how it’s just our teeth and take all credit for it, we always tell them about Warpaint as it’s such a fantastic product.
After the horror stories of hearing that home teeth whitening is abrasive and will wear down the enamel on your teeth, we looked up Warpaint to see if this was a regular concern for consumers. Reassuringly, Warpaint can actually help to build up the enamel on your teeth. After using this for a lengthy period of time and giving it a good go, we can honestly say it does do this. Our teeth feel so much stronger as well as looking much better too.
