For the avoidance of doubt, the promotion is being run by Winning Moments Ltd T/as Rebecca Garrett Media.

  1. Entry is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees (and their families) of Winning Moments t/as Rebecca Garrett Media, the suppliers of the prizes and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. Winners may be required to provide proof of residency and age.

  6. No travel or other expenses are included unless specifically stated in the brands separate terms and conditions.
  7. Prizes are subject to availability and to the prize suppliers’ normal terms and conditions and are not transferable to another individual.
  8. There is no cash alternative, however in the event of a prize being unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  9. Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
  10. Winner Selection – PRIZE DRAW: The winners will be selected from all valid entries received in a random draw to be conducted within two working days of the Closing Date by an independent verification service. Each prize will have one winner selected at random. If the same winner is selected for multiple prizes, a new winner will be selected so that there is a unique winner for each prize.
  11. Winner Communication – PRIZE DRAW: Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners via the means used to enter (phone or email), however if a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond to such notifications with 7 days of issuance of initial notification, or the resulting winner does not comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected in the same manner.
  12. You may enter the draw via the web as many times as you wish, however, all entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete entries, bulk votes, or those made via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including automated systems), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified.
  13. Data Protection: Your personal details will be kept confidential in accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The Promoter is subscribed to the Independent Commissioners Office (ICO) and will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and to send to the participating brands and carefully selected third parties.
  14. All Entrants when entering this competition have the choice to receive information from the listed participating brands & Winning Moments regarding future promotional and marketing activities.
  15. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any reasonable post-winning publicity which will include producing a written testimonial and imagery regarding their win to be displayed on Winning Moments.
  16.   17. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of such promotional material (or other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.

BRANDS TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BRAND PRIZES IN THE ALBERT BARTLETT VALENTINES 2020 COMPETITION

  1. Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over (Proof of age, identity and eligibility will be requested).
  2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its agencies and companies associated with this promotion (Winning Moments) are not eligible to enter.
  3. To Enter: Fill in the mandatory details and click on “Submit”.
  4. No purchase is necessary, but internet access is required.
  5. Entry open at 00.01 on Friday 14th January 2020 and closes at 23.59 UK time on Friday 28th February 2020.
  6. There is one prize. First prize consisting of: 1 x £100 Mitchells & Butlers Dining Out Card.
  7. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
  • Gift Card will be valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • The winner is free to choose the restaurant date and time of his /her choice, but the Gift Card does not guarantee your first choice. All bookings remain subject to availability.
  • The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternative to the prize is available in whole or in part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative reward of equal or greater value.
  1. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all entries received and notified by e-mail no later than Friday 13th March 2020. Failure to respond to this notification by 17h00 on 27th March 2020 means your prize will be forfeit and will be transferred to another winner selected at random.
  2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, nor for network failure or delay.
  3. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable to any prize winner for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense or damage that is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, or with accepting or using any prizes.
  4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason that a prize winner does not take any element of their prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed. If due to unforeseen circumstances a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
  5. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries (this includes, without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion).
  6. No automated, third party or bulk entries are permitted. Multiple entries in breach of this provision will result in those entries being disqualified. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to suspect that such means are being used to circumvent this condition, then it may require the entrant to prove that such means were not used. If the Promoter becomes aware of an entrant using means to circumvent this condition, then these entries will be disqualified.
  7. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, that entry will be discarded.
  8. In all aspects of this promotion, the Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name and county of residence of the winner. As a condition of accepting the prize, winners may be required, at the Promoter’s request, to participate in any reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prizes, free of charge; and they consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material, including that with third parties.
  10. The name and county of the winner may be obtained by sending an SAE to: Albert Bartlett, 251 Stirling Road, Airdrie, North Lanarkshire ML6 7SP 10 working days after the closing date.
  11. Data Protection: Your personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with the Data Protection Acts. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize draw and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.
